A 1 year, off-and-on relationship with this painting, and 100+ hours into this painting, I completed it in early 2025. This is a painting that has no true reference photo for San Francisco, yet it can bend the mind to make one believe they know exactly where they are in the painting. This painting has been in several of my most famous exhibits, but since I always considered it unfinished and didn’t sign it until the painting was truly meant to be sold, I worked one it for one month more, and later took it to it’s new home. Painting was sold to Burning Man CEO Marian Goodell, and now the painting resides in the Headquarters in downtown San Francisco. Framed by my good friend Bob in Sausalito, and was the painting I worked on in the Gold Vault room in the SF mint. Lugged this painting all across the city in my 77 Corolla Wagon.
